Hot Cross bun with a fried egg

Ingredients:
- Food Lovers Market olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Hot cross bun, split
- butter softened
- Egg
Method:
- Heat half the oil in a frying pan
- Meanwhile, toast the hot cross bun and spread the cut sides with the butter
- Fry the egg in the remaining oil until cooked to your liking
Hot Cross bun French toast

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 hot cross buns
- butter
- yogurt
- blueberries (any berries)
- syrup
Method:
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl
- Add the buns, turn to coat in the mixture, then leave to soak for 5 mins
- Melt half the butter in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat
- Fry half the buns for 2 mins on each side, until golden, then repeat
- Serve your French toast buns with the yogurt, fruit, and a drizzle of syrup
Cream & Jam Hot Cross bun

Ingredients:
- 150ml double cream
- hot cross buns, toasted
- 2/4 heaped tsp raspberry jam
Method:
- Whip the cream
- Take the hot cross buns and spread 1 heaped tsp jam onto the base of each, then add cream
